Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola - Nas Corry

I had to change rooms because the fridge in the first one was very dirty. The fridge in the second room was dirty as well but I cleaned it. I also had to clean the face basin. There were shaved hairs like a man beard. To add to that there was a perspiration scent as soon as you entered. Worst hotel I stayed in ever.

no hairdryer...no light over sink....side entrance door supposed to be locked for safety (bad neighborhood) but it wasn't...people smoking outside all 3 doors...toilet ran constantly...noisy window unit that kept me up all night

the staff needs improvement as formal housekeeper always need to meet customers needs at all times and when you have a sign up for what you need done never gets the job done I had mop my own room

I cant checkin cause they want deposit on card and i have the 50 on card i was unaware of this and ive already paid for the room ??

Cleaniliness of room initall inpression was good until later on at night. I found a cockroach scurrying around on the bathroom floor and the following day I noticed the sheets/comfortors on BOTH beds had stains on them. I didnt notice it the day prior due to my late evening check in and being tired. Wouldnt recommend unless last resort.

Our room flooded from the shower leaking through the wall, the shower was falling apart, the faucet was hanging off the wall, and the only option we were given was to go from a 1st floor room to a 3rd floor room where the shower was also just hanging down/not connected to the wall. Its difficult to go from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor when youre disabled. No partial refund option to cancel so we could go elsewhere. It was extremely noisy, overall not a great experience. Wouldn't stay here again

We had multiple roaches in our room plus the plumbing wasn’t the best and had mold in the ceiling and the hallway smelled like old sewers

Great stay From check in to check out staff was over and beyond. Helpful, patient Nd friendly. Extremely impressed!

Internet does not work properly roaches are in the rooms and the floors are dirty and the place stinks
