I can't help that we were part of a Con. We paid €250 for one night. When we arrived we were told that they had over booked and moved us to a very inadequate room where me and my wife had to stay on a horrible sofa bed which left us with no space in the apartment. The management team did not help in anyway to negotiate any difference in price. We had no contact with them at all and left the poor unhelpful receptionist to deal. They charged our account at full rate. I can't help but think that it's their master plan. They did blame the third party booking company ******* who also in turn blamed the hotel.

Poor customer service from the manager. We booked a room on line. When we arrived the room wasn't available, they gave us a substandard staff accommodation with no facilities as we had nowhere to sleep. They charged a premium and were not willing to even negotiate the price. There was a miss communication between ******* and the hotel that we have had to pay for by sleeping on a uncomfortable sofa bed in small dirty apartment. Very bad service. In addition the food and drinks were average at best and overpriced.

Glücklich und gut gelaunt sind wir reingekommen, und extrem enttäuscht und stink sauer sind wir wieder raus gegangen. Wir haben uns einen Hamburger 🍔 mit Pommes bestellt plus eine Suppe und ein Schnitzel mit Nudeln wie sich später herausstellt hat !!!!????? Der Hamburger von meiner Tochter war komplett kalt, als ob er gerade aus dem Kühlschrank kam. Das Besteck 🍴 war dreckig und verschmiert!!!! und die Suppe hat einfach nach gar nichts geschmeckt 😢 Das Kalbsschnitzel war zur Hälfte schwarz gebrannt. Wir sind Hotelgäste, und werden nicht wie geplant weitere Nächte dort verbringen. Nicht zu empfehlen. 👎🏼

Nous avons commandé 2 pavés de cerf et avons eu 2 cuissons semelle (en lieu et place d’une saignante et d’une à point). 1 des pavés était 2 fois plus petit que l’autre (60g maximum) Nous avons demandé s’il y avait des menus enfant. On nous a proposé des pâtes au beurre qui ont été facturées 18 euros (pour une part d’enfant) : c’est honteux de faire 17 euros de marge sur le dos d’un enfant. Nous espérons que l’accumulation de telles arnaques pourront aider à la réfection des WC et l’acquisition d’une table à langer. Cerise sur le gâteau pour terminer en beauté : un morceau de plastique dans la boule de glace de l’un des cafés gourmands. A fuir.

Pire repas de Valberg, 40 minutes d'attentes pour un velouté fade à 15€ (le prix encore est ok), le burger est vendu comme incroyable alors que tout est surgelé, pour 30€ je vous conseille d'aller manger ailleur. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques par contre et le cadre est joli mais le repas est clairement une honte.

Accueil satisfaisant. Parties communes : salons avec cheminée très cosy , bar , restaurant , terrasse. C'est un sans faute. La chambre bien calibrée pour 2. Je déplore juste le matelas un poil ferme. Salle de bain correcte . Nombreux rangements. Personnel charmant et à l'écoute , toujours prêt à rendre service.

Siège à dégivrer soi-même suite à une assise glacée, musique techno à fond malgré l’ambiance familiale, serveurs ne parlant pas français donc compliqué, terrasse salle, prix absolument pas adapté au service, cuisine sans intérêt. En bref, un attrape-touristes malgré l’emplacement. A éviter pour déjeuner!

Merci à Martine et toute son équipe pour ce bel et chaleureux accueil; nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le Spa est très chouette et les massages extras après une bonne journée de ski. La gentillesse du personnel est remarquable. Au pied des pistes, idéalement situé.
