"They fulfilled majority of our requests, like providing a baby crib and an electric kettle but they placed to a wrong room. Also, the rooms are not close to each other, one was on G/F and the other room was on 1/F. The receptionist was nice but he could not speak English and told us no baby crib and no kettle! He checked the system there was an empty room next next to room 18, but it was still occupied. I doubt the accuracy of the hotel reservation system! We finally kept the original two rooms on G/F and 1/F. We did not use the baby crib as it was on the 1/F and we didn't want to move or ask service man to move (it seems that limited manpower in the hotel). Anyway, the view was very good and we enjoyed the sunrise early in the morning. Finally, I need to point out that the location of the power plugs inside the room was poor. They provided us a kettle but it was not user friendly with the power source. You can see the picture below. However, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you."

Fortunately, I met a enthusiastic foreigner who was bilingual in French and English. He contacted in French and replied in English before getting the key. It is recommended that merchants add WeChat contact information and upload confirmation messages by taking order confirmation letters."
