Fue una experiencia tan terrible, realice mi reserva en mayo del 2024 para el 18 de agosto ya que iba de viaje con mi familia, me solicitaron consignar la mitad de la reserva y el día 18 llegamos al lugar a las 8:00 de la noche y nunca abrieron la puerta, nunca contestaron el teléfono nos tocó buscar hospedaje a esa hora, fue horrible, y hoy 6 de agosto no he recibido reembolso, y les da lo mismo, no les recomiendo ese lugar, que atención tan pésima que manera tan horrible de quitarle el dinero a las personas y hacerlos pasar malos ratos.
