We stayed for 1 night on our way to Austria. It's not far off the route and close to the Luxembourg border at Schengen Lovely place to stay, nice room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful and very good coffee. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening. The menu was varied with some good vegetarian options. The food was fabulous. We will definitely add it to our list of places to stay.

We so enjoyed our second visit to Hotel Sonnenhof. We use this hotel as an overnight rest stop on our journey to visit family in Munich, but have come away both times wanting to stay longer. The bedroom accommodation has been perfect for an overnight, great comfortable beds, perfect bathroom and shower, with many small touches, including kettle, slippers, etc. The meals (evening and breakfast) have been very good, and we particularly enjoyed the trout for dinner, a local speciality (the hotel is close to the Moselle). We enjoyed the inexpensive local wine, and found the staff willing to help, and very friendly. The staff in the restaurant were particularly pleasant and efficient. The area does look good for walking and visiting, so maybe we will stay longer next time……

Close to the French border, nice environment. Perfect restaurant, really delicious food. Breakfast is served since 6:30, good for business travelers. The minor point is the coffee quality. Room was big, clean. Bathroom was perfect, shower and water pressure very good without any compromises. Heated floor in the bathroom eventhough a little bit cold in the room.

The owner is absolutely nice!!! So very much helpful and kind!!! The hotel itself is super cute and the restaurant and surround area is simply beautiful!!! The house wine is a MUST try!! Couldn't recomend enough!!

Sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine ordentliche Küche, wo Preis/ Gegenwert noch stimmt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber trotz Bundesstraße ruhig, sehr schöne Gartenanlage und Außenterrasse. Der einzige, aber leider auch unentschuldbare Minuspunkt: Rauchmelder im Zimmer abgebaut..., die Halterung hing noch an der Decke. Das erhöht nicht wirklich das Sicherheitsgefühl im 2. Stock, wenn man schon mal einen Hotelbrand miterlebt hat☹️

Goed , vriendelijk en heel erg netjes prima hotel. Mooie ligging ruime tuin met terras. Grote kamer met goed bed.Perfect ontbijt buffet, Goede WiFi. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Kortom aanrader! Met leuke uitstapjes in de directe omgeving, Saarburg en Trier.

très bel hôtel, calme et confortable, très bon rapport qualité-prix, petit-déjeuner en buffet, mieux vaut savoir parler allemand, le personnel très sympathique mais non francophone. attention pour trouver l'hôtel : Perl est une commune composée de plusieurs villages et hameaux dispersés? utilisation du GPS indispensable

Im Rahmen des Saar Hunsrück Steigs hier übernachtet und zu Abend gegessen. Sowohl das Hotel, als auch das Restaurant haben für Abendessen und Frühstück die Messlatte in diesem Wanderurlaub sehr hoch gelegt. Unkomplizierter Check-in, sehr grosses, sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick in den Garten. Wasserkocher inkl. Tee und Kaffee, Gratis eine Flasche Mineralwasser, schnelles WLAN. Absolute ruhige Lage. Das sehr gut besetzte Restaurant sprach Bände, der Service schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit 92 Euro auch im Vergleich zu den beiden Hotels davor und danach auch absolut preiswert.
