Reasonably well located. Rooms clean and good. Breakfast menu is always the same. No toiletries provided.

Hotel doesn't look like freshly renovated. Room was ok. Quite basic if you are not asking much. Were given dirty towel one day and requested for a change. Took two phone calls to reception to get that. Other times, calls to receptions were unanswered or long. Carpark nearby so convenient. There is also Coles nearby and convenience stores and fast food nearby.

First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central.The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier.The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here.The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.

Return traveller. Good customer service by some of the staff and kudos to the housekeeping staff.

No amenities kit. No comb, no toothbrush, no shaver. Housekeeping forget to change fresh bath towels, call reception and was told to go down to reception to self collect as housekeeping staff has went home.

Great location, clean room and friendly front desks

A standard hotel with hair dryer. Perth Station is just five minutes apart. Many restaurants and shops around.

Hotel location is very good; within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Room is comfortable & has all the necessary amenities. Will recommend to anyone who requires a convenient stay in the city centre.

Cons: 1) my credit card deposit didn’t cancelled during check out and charged AUD 50 2) no provide towel when the stay of third days even though I booked for 5-6 days. 3) no provide mineral water Pros: 1) Near to public transport and easy to access everywhere 2) Allowed to check in early and late check out 3) explained very well to access the public transport

I booked 3 rooms. The rooms were stuffy and window can’t be opened. We need to request for fan and luckily they provide us. Toilets were flooded after shower. The only best thing is the location was located very near the train station and shopping. I booked with trip and stated breakfast for 3 but they charged me. I paid because I was rushing to the airport. I called TRIP and complained as it clearly stated 3 breakfast per room. Fortunately TRIP compensate me. Thanks for that!

Location from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.

Rooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future! However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet. Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

I really like this hotel. It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance. The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in. The checkout process was also easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport. The room was clean and okay. The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long. Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.

Nearby to Perth train station, just a 3mins walking distance.
