This was my first time staying at a 3-star hotel alone, so I was a bit nervous at first, but the lady at the front desk was so kind that I felt at ease ☺️✨. The room was also perfectly fine for one person!! However, the air conditioning was broken and it was very cold 🥲. Luckily, there was a blanket in the closet that I used ♪. If I ever visit Perth again, I'd definitely like to stay here again ♪

We had a wonderful stay at the European Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we were very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to key attractions and public transport in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location is good. Super close to Hay Street shopping centre. A bit of a walk from Perth train station but its doable (8 mins). The staff are all very friendly and nice. I really love how friendly they are when they interact. The facility itself: building is old, I can hear a creaking sound when I walk. They provide very basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and shower cap; that's it. The room size is okay. I mean bigger than my Sydney hotel but way smaller than my Melbourne hotel. I honestly think its pricey for the kind of amenities and room that you get.

European Hotel Perth is perfectly located—just steps away from shopping spots, a chemist, and great halal dining options right around the corner. Its central position makes getting around the CBD easy and convenient. Definitely a fantastic choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This place was absolutely spotless and super clean, with an incredibly fresh and pleasant atmosphere. The location is just perfect, situated a stone's throw from the shops and right in the city center. I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time at European Hotel. The hotel room was way more spacious than expected, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. You get a 10% off discount when purchasing at the cafe downstairs. Highly recommended!

The room is very comfy. Very much suitable for an exhausted late night arrival solo traveler like myself. I ll be back again. Happy customer.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The service was consistently attentive and professional, and any requests were handled quickly — definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the area. Nothing to complain about in this regard. Cleanliness was good, but when it comes to facilities and comfort, it’s clear that the rooms are in need of renovation. Some furniture and fittings feel dated, which slightly affects the overall impression. Comfort is therefore more on an average level. The value for money is fair, especially considering the great service and prime location. However, with renovated rooms, the hotel could significantly improve its overall quality. Conclusion: Recommended for its service and location, with room for improvement in terms of room condition and comfort.

The hotel's relatively central location made it easy to get around. I had a bit of trouble checking in on the first day because I didn't realize the entrance was locked after 6 PM. It would be helpful if this information was provided in advance. I appreciated that they cleaned the room daily upon request. For a hotel outside of Japan, it had a good range of amenities and plenty of towels, which was a plus. The air conditioning was broken and the room was a bit drafty, so it got a little cold. Considering the price, it was a very good value for money.

Our room has 1 King bed and 1 single bed. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. The furniture and decor are run down but value for money considering the location.
