The hotel is located right in the city center, just across the street from the library and the city hall.

Very old and basic, and the hotel staff was neither friendly nor helpful. I would not recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, but it's very old and hasn't been renovated. The walls are cracked, and the room lighting is dim, with what feel like ancient light bulbs. However, the price was very cheap, so there's not too much to complain about.

Pros: The room and bathroom are both spacious. The location is unbeatable, and they even provide tissues. Cons: It's old – everything from the facilities to the decor is dated. You have to bring your own toiletries and disposable slippers. The soundproofing is terrible, and the noise from housekeeping around 8 AM every day is incredibly loud. The showerhead has weak water pressure. P.S.: The room is completely bare, and they also require a deposit.

Convenient, cosy, clean and affordable in Perth city centre location. There seems to be some renovation going on and thus it seems to be scaffolding within the hotel. Wifi can be improved. This is an old hotel (torn carpets, furniture, faded walls, etc) but well maintained for comfort by the hardworking staff.

Toilet is very clean. The building and rooms are quite old but cleanliness is great.

This hotel is quite old. The hygiene was acceptable, and I feel like they've done their best given the circumstances. However, I have to say it's purely guesthouse-level. On the plus side, the location is excellent, right in the city center, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Perth Station.

It was relatively clean, I'll give it that, but it was just awful. The walls were filthy. Seriously, do NOT book this room type. If you're going to stay here, make sure you get one of the renovated rooms. This one was terrible, like a hostel from 20 years ago.

It was great that they accommodated our late check-in. Plus, the 11:00 AM check-out allowed us to relax on our last day.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. Was well impressed, and will definitley recommend to friends and family, and i will definitley being staying again and think it has and will become the place of choice of where to stay every time i.come to Perth in the.future and in time to come, and well a place which already felt like a home away from home ❤️ Once again, thankyou so much! 🥹❤️💯😊👌🙏 Thanks Kind Regards Tahnee Rai McGlew

Great location with kings park right nearby. A lovely place to stay.

The hotel has amazing location, close to everything and budget friendly.

Very good location, right next to perth CBD area. Hotel is a little old and amenities are basic but suffice for the price paid.
