My mom and I stayed here and felt so lucky we booked such a nice place. We felt welcomed, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, parking was easy to access on our stay, property centrally located, breakfast was amazing and the price we thought was more than reasonable. A unique experience outside of the usual forgettable commercial hotel we could have stayed at, but how boring that would’ve been.

We loved The Townhouse; there was private parking, David helped with our luggage, the property is lovely, and every guest was given individual attention and care. The bed was very comfortable, scones and tea and coffee and bottles water and chocolates were already in the room as well as a fan. The toiletires were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. However, best of all, was the breakfast cooked by David. This was the best breakfast we had by far in scotland and i will be trying to copy his fruit salad and hollendaise sauce. This is an excellent place to stay in Perth and we wish we had stayed more nights.

I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. the property was gorgeous and immacularte, the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant, and they offered far and away the best breakfast in Scotland. I would book again and will recommend this property to all and sundry.

We could not recommend this property more highly. Only superlatives come to mind when trying to describe it. Everything about it was spot on: nice, friendly reception, beautiful room, scones and specialist teas, delicious breakfast. As good as it gets for an overnight stay and we’ll be back, repeatedly.

This was our third visit over the last few years, the townhouse and David never disappoint. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated/furnished in a lovely style, the breakfast is freshly prepared by David and is a nice start to the day. On-site parking is a handy perk.

This is definitely the definition of a perfect B&B. Beautiful rooms and amenities, great food and service beyond compare. I wish we could have stayed longer
