The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location. The front desk staff were quick to respond and had great service. The room was generally clean and had amenities like a bathtub and a mini-fridge. However, the toiletries like shower gel weren't restocked promptly, so it's best to check if there's enough in advance.

The room type is good and comes with a balcony. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby. Wi-Fi is free and doesn't require a password. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, so you'll need to boil water using the kettle or buy some from a supermarket.

The location is good, it’s in the city. The room is big and has a balcony. But it’s a bit noisy at night, I dun know what the sound is, whether it's the pipes or the machine.

I took my elderly parents on a trip to Western Australia, so a good hotel was a must! This place was the best value for money after all my research, highly recommend it to everyone heading to Australia – it's just so laid-back and free-spirited there!

This is an older hotel with no on-site parking, and parking nearby is quite expensive, although it's free overnight. The hotel facilities are very old, and there's basically no service. However, it's located in the city center, which is convenient for walking around. I don't recommend it; the value for money is just too low.

When I booked my stay I was told there wasfree parking but the parking was not free and the fridge did not work. 2 days later when my food started going off I realized and notified the hotel who exchanged it promptly

Excellent! The room was spacious and very clean. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center. It offers great value for money, and all the hotel staff were really handsome and provided warm, friendly service. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.

We stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill. Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change. In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel. To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

Location is ok. Near hay street shopping area. The hotel is old and internally, carpet and curtains are quite dated. Got a room near the lift and keeps hearing the lift moving up and down. Aircon was loud.

The amenities were basic; for example, there was no toothbrush. The building feels a bit old, but it was very clean, so it didn't bother me. It was nice to have a view of the city from the window.

Location is the greatest merit of the hotel.  With other elements, they are pretty basic.
