"We stayed one night while passing through Pescara. Outside reserved parking for three cars. Before arrival we were contacted to confirm arrival time in order to provide us with entry codes. Everything is OK. Our bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Maximum score up to this point....unfortunately for us that day there was a very bad and strong smell of chickenpox, probably indicative of removed mold, the fact is that it was not a pleasant night spent with windows open at night for passage and change of air; in the morning we left immediately. I imagine the problem was then resolved. Despite the inconvenience involved, the solution would still be advisable."

"We had a fantastic stay there, it was a family trip, we were 6 adults. We all had separate bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a balcony with a great view. Via Firenze and Via Battisti is literally just around the corner. There you can enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a supermarket just downstairs and the beach is just 5 min walk. If you have a car you can park in the parking lot by the main station just a very short walk from the apartment. You can also rent just one room on a B&B basis and the hosts are really nice and helpful."

"I booked a double for the night of July 8, p.v. and it was confirmed on date 27/06/2026 with corresponding sending of my documents as requested by them. Hotels and B&Bs are very crowded because the evening of my booking will be the concert of the singer Sugar and I have therefore had to look for a lot to have my accommodation. This evening they write to me from Queen Elena Rooms that they have wronged and my room is no longer there! Maybe not to advise any other facility or help me in any way! Then all the talking on whatsapp only without a confirmation email. I had to know with who I had to do... All by whatsapp I asked if there was a possibility of parking, I had to call them at the phone because no one answered me! To forget!!!!"

"Great location in pescara , 15min walk to town centre. Very boutique feel downstairs , Rooms were clean spacious only downside was the walls are thin . Staff especially Julia and Elanora were very helpful and friendly with always a smiley face . The restaurant has lot of character and great feel of warmth to it . Breakfast was always with great presentation . Meet our dietary requirements. Great at helping us organise day trips and restaurants."
