Hotel Puccini

We stayed for two nights with family. The staff, cleanliness and location were outstanding. The hotel is situated well a short walk from the centre of town, and the facilities are excellent. Unfortunately, we had to adjust our stay due to travel arrangements changing, and the staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puccini. It is spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and the cleaners do an amazing job. Every single member of staff we encountered was so friendly. The hotel is set in a quiet location close to the lake. A short and picturesque 15 minute stroll along the lake takes you into the town centre. The bedrooms are a good size with a double bed and a double sofa bed in our family room. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. There was never any issue getting a sun lounger. Breakfast has a great selection and something for everyone. We had such a lovely time that we've already booked to go back next summer. The perfect place to relax but also a great base to further explore lake garda.

I could not fault this hotel in any way. The reception staff were all incredibly friendly and could not do enough to help us anytime we asked them for any assistance. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of room, two balconies and well air conditioned. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and again the staff were very attentive. The pool area was beautifully kept and there was never any problem getting a sunbed.

Just a lovely hotel, with a great location, providing you with a lakeside walk to the town. Lovely rooms, pool with poolside bar, and the most helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights as a family

Generally we had a nice enough stay. The pool, especially the kids section which was ideal for our toddler, was good (although a toilet by the pool would be a good idea), the location was okay - close to the lake but a good 15 minute walk into the centre - and the room was spacious and comfortable enough. The hotel has some stupid rules like having to walk bare foot on the artificial grass outside (which gets very hot!) and not being allowed to use the pool after checkout - leaves a very sour taste in the mouth that they won’t accommodate guests, especially one with a toddler who just wanted to enjoy the pool for one last hour before leaving. Appreciate that the hotel is fully booked but there were only 3 other families using the pool at this point and we would be leaving before other guests could check in! One day the pool also didn’t open until 11am (supposed to open at 10) - maybe they need to stick to their arbitrary “rules” as well. No iron available to use at all, given people are travelling and clothes get creased in a suitcase, it wouldn’t be difficult to have a few available for guests to use. We were put in a room that could only be accessed via stairs which was quite tricky with a pram - as the hotel is praised on its customer service, they certainly didn’t go out of their way to provide great service to us. Whilst the hotel is only a 3* and our review reflects that, the price does not reflect it!
