QQqCheungI have not dared to book an apartment in the past, read reviews mostly that hygiene is not good, air conditioning is not enough, booked without free cancellation. For these reasons I would not consider the apartment! Later than 2808 d photo attracted the eye, the view is great, the decoration is beautiful, most importantly there are 3 rooms, completely fit my requirements. After crawling the article, users have unanimously praised it, which makes me very confident to book.
Service: The housekeeper replied to WeChat very quickly. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered, the housekeeper immediately called me (when I had thought about whether it was kk garden, because it showed an overseas phone) and asked me to write down the phone number and add him on WeChat. Then the butler gave me basic check-in information. On the day of check-in, the housekeeper gave check-in pw & registration process. Check out and get your deposit refunded instantly.
Hygiene: Very clean. I have already bought disposable bedding and it doesn't work at all. After I go out every day, I notify the housekeeper to clean up the room and arrange for cleaning.
Equipment: Basically no different from a hotel, shampoo (no conditioner), shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, slippers. Disposable bath towels & face towels. There is free fruit, soft drinks, bottled water. Washing machine, dishwasher & fridge available. The air conditioning is very plentiful, which is great.
Rooms: 3 rooms, two 2m beds each, two 3ft beds in one room (can be put together). Unlike other apartments that only have one bedroom, the other one has the bed in the living room. Each room has a toilet & bathroom, but the space is relatively small. It would be better if the main room has a bathtub for easy bathing.
Location: By the Han River, great view. You don't have to go to the scene and crowd with people, you can see the opening and evening closing of the Guangji Bridge/demolition of the pontoon, lighting show. call Didi to the nearby Pagoda Street, West Road Food Street is very convenient.
Stayed for 3 nights and really didn't want to leave, it was too comfortable. Although the room price is not cheap, it is worth the price in every way. Sincerely recommend.

HHK solo travelerFelt Right at Home in Chewchou 🌟
I stayed at this homestay for just one night, but it honestly felt like I was visiting family. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a warm vibe that I immediately felt comfortable.
The room itself was cozy and very comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest. What I loved most was the location: it’s just a short walk to the busiest street in town, so everything is close by, yet the homestay itself is tucked away in a quiet spot. You get the best of both worlds — convenience and peace.
And the house… wow. It’s an antique property with so much character, which makes the stay feel unique and memorable.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Chewchou. If you’re planning to stay for a few days, this is the place to choose — no hesitation!

MM500264****The hotel is located in the ancient city of Paifang Street. When I booked online, I was worried the room wouldn't look the same in person. But upon arrival, I loved it. The photos uploaded on the platform were authentic, and I could tell the owner and his family had put a lot of effort into the renovation. The price was also very reasonable. The landlady is a local and was very attentive to my personal preferences before enthusiastically recommending food and attractions. Since we were on a tight schedule, I only chatted with the landlady on the first day after check-in. The rest of the time, like a special forces soldier, I checked in early and returned late, checking out the restaurants and attractions the landlady recommended, as well as a few of my own favorites. Chaozhou is truly delicious, and the people are simple and honest! I'll definitely come back someday! I hope to have more time next time so I can sit down and chat with the landlady over tea!

The bathroom facilities are as clean as new, and the details are full of care. The service is thoughtful and intimate, the daily finishing is fast and efficient, the stay experience far exceeds expectations, and the feeling of being at home is full.

CCheng SiewThis is a very very strange hotel. More like a house with many rooms of various bedding configuration. However, although lacking in location, it makes up by providing really good quality rooms and a great b/f thrown in. The rooms were large and have very comfortable beds! The bedding suits small families of 3-6 pax depending on which room you book. As previously reviewed, the talking parrots are so cute. There is a corgi and 2 very fat & cuddly cats in the hotel. We were a bit uneasy as we seemed to be the only guests in the hotel (maybe location) but the quality of the rooms made up for it. But we had a private transporter so it worked out well for us. Remember to try the Roasted Duck next to the hotel. Can’t miss it as it was in a roaster machine. Delicious and so cheap 30 yuan for a whole duck!!!

GGuest UserThe location of the inn is very good, 2 minutes walk from the main street of Paifang Street. The lobby on the first floor of the inn is very good, with porcelain and goldfish pond, very elegant and artistic.
The inn owner is very responsible, and the communication is pleasant and patient.
But the toilet in the room must be complained. Figure 1 is the toilet in the single room, facing the head of the single bed, brushing teeth over the squat toilet, taking a shower standing next to the squat toilet... Although the other two big bed rooms cannot be separated into dry and wet areas, at least they have toilets. Those who mind details should be careful.

Walking distance from old town takes about 20 min but a good choice to observe the local daily lifestyle don’t forget to catch the light show at 8pm and be there before 730 to get a good spot… separation took place at 430 and not 5pm during autumn/winter season

GGuest UserThe merchant service is not bad, can help store luggage, there is a smart toilet, but the hair dryer is not provided, resulting in no washing of hair, long hair in summer is more depressed. The infrastructure of the room should be perfect: First, there is no gap next to the bed, there is nothing to block, so it is not an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning, and it is light! It's bright and really speechless. Second, the whole room has a taste of just renovated, so the room looks very new, but the taste is particularly bad. Third, the cabinet above the bathroom sink (video can be seen), it is not completely fixed, or with glass, it is really dangerous, hurry up and fix it!
