GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay in China, the location is excellent and convenient, the subway station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The front desk staff are all very good, proactive, and enthusiastic. I think it is quite cost-effective. The price is not expensive in the city, the environment and hygiene of the accommodation are much better than the same-priced express hotels, the service attitude is standardized, and it is worth recommending.👍🏻

You'll find a pleasant scent in both the corridors and rooms, and all rooms are equipped with smart toilets. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room on the 8th floor, complete with washing machines and dryers.

They accommodated our request to use the gym during extended hours at their inconvenience, allowed use of their lounges while moving their other reservations around. AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Aanthony panizalesPros: -Big and Clean room with a nice balcony and view. -Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room and toilet. -Comfortable and smells good beddings. -Bathrobe, towels, slippers, vanity kit (toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, shower cap) provided -Laundry service available (love the laundry detergent scent too) -Accommodating and kind staff even with language barrier. -Good variety Breakfast -Welcome fruit in room, free lime water and candy in reception. -Free access to Hot Springs, sauna, shower, locker with free drinks (tea or water) and fruits in 2nd flr. -Free entrance to Dafengmen Forest Park (need to book a ride or your own service car going there though) -Free entrance to Dipola Paradise (nearby) Cons: -Far from airport and city center in Canton (about 80-90km away, more than 1hr travel time) -Hard to book a ride for 6people (only 4 passengers available nearby) -Free shuttle service/cart only available inside the resort premises up to the gate. -No Bidet😓 (hard for people who are used to it) -No convenience store or other restaurant nearby. -Communication is somewhat a hassle and a little inconvenience. Should download a good translator -No ATM and currency exchange available, International Credit Card payment doesn't work too (heads up for foreigners) *Download weChat (weixin pay) ahead and linked you cards for ease of payment. Overall, we still have a good time, rest and stay at this hotel. May come back and prepared next time.

AAnonymous UserThis isn't an actual hotel, it's units in a residential block rented out Airbnb-style. Each unit is also divided into 2, with one sub unit at the bottom for 2 people and one above for 3, so you have to climb up a flight of stairs which is not very friendly for elderly folks or if you have heavy luggage. I had asked for a change since we were not informed of this prior to booking, but the staff was not able to accommodate the change due to the nimber of people. The soundproofing was also not done well so we would be woken up at very odd hours (like 3AM or 5AM) by the subunit downstairs being noisy, which was quite frustrating. The area is nice - quiet and fairly newly developed, and the accommodation is not too far from the station (walk is pretty pleasant too). However, the bathrooms are not exactly clean with plenty of mould in the corners (too gross to post). Cleaning service was also a bit muddled with them providing only 2 sets of amenities for the first few days even though we had booked for 3. The amenities provided were also very low-quality, with all bath towels being disposable but some of the worst I've used (would be soaked through with one wipe). Moreover the staff were very exacting with the amount given, which we found a bit unpleasant especially given the low quality of bath towels. Would recommend bringing your own cloth ones. The checkin process was also fairly cumbersome with us having to use Wechat to register with the government etc., which should ideally have been handled by staff. Overall the room is livable but would not rate it up tops.
