Pet Friendly Hotels in Yushan

After comparing several options online, I personally felt this one offered the best value for money, and I'm writing this review specifically to praise the excellent service from the owner. Firstly, since I chose the Waishuangxi hiking option, most accommodations in this area are self-built houses. They offer pick-up and drop-off services. I contacted the owner beforehand and added them on WeChat, and they were readily available to help with itinerary arrangements. The service was excellent, which is justified for the price. The environment, both indoors and outdoors, exceeded my expectations, with a real rural farmhouse feel. You can bring a bench outside to chat with friends, or go to the rooftop or the third-floor balcony for mountain views. The views are especially beautiful when the clouds are thick or at sunset. The rooms were spotless, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was meticulously clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a comfortable view, and the whole house had smart curtains, a smart toilet, and a Tmall Genie smart speaker – all worthy of praise. The mountain view from the room was fantastic. Regarding the room facilities, the only slight issue was the poor soundproofing, mainly in the bathroom, but I think this is a minor problem and commensurate with the price. The hot and cold water in the shower needs to be carefully checked by the owner beforehand. Overall, the atmosphere was fantastic.

The hotel is located next to the Wuaishuangxi Ropeway entrance, but getting to Wuaishuangxi involves a lot of stairs if you walk up. Luckily, there was no queue for the ropeway. The room was clean and tidy, though it would have been nice to have an extra chair. The kids absolutely loved playing in the common areas. A big shout-out to the restaurant too! My child was too tired from hiking to come down for breakfast, and the manager kindly provided a takeaway box and bag. 👍 When we were leaving, our car tire was flat, and the hotel staff proactively helped us resolve the issue. They really made our trip worry-free!

Although I have seen some negative reviews, I think overall it is quite good. The room is also very clean, because it is relatively humid on the mountain side, and the mattress has an electric blanket, so you won't feel damp when you turn it on before going to bed! The boss and his wife are also very enthusiastic. They pick up and drop off the ropeway. The boss is really the ”Qiu Mingshan Mountain Car God”, haha! They also recommended us the Sanqingshan walking route (ps: it’s great, we took a lot of beautiful photos, we must listen to the advice and take the west coast route first, the official route is really not good), the boss himself is a chef and has good cooking skills. Will come next time!

The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the washing machine is very clean, the courtyard at the entrance is very warm, free transportation to scenic spots, the boss and his family are warm and hospitable. When we checked in, it coincided with the Double Ninth Festival. The village held a banquet to entertain the elderly in the village. The villagers held a lantern parade. The folks from the countryside gathered together. They were cheerful and lively, living in harmony, which was very touching. The boss's grandfather was the first college student in the village. He published several books introducing the history of Sanqing Mountain and various allusions. It was very interesting to read and added a lot of fun to the trip. I was very lucky to choose this B&B.

Perfect if wanting a relaxing mountain stay after climbing nearby Sanqingshan. Large grounds that are fun to explore during the day and night. Connected to adjacent “luxury” suites. Design is artistic and promotes tranquility and renewal. Rooms large and comfortable. Great amenities of restaurant, tea area, laundry and gym. Food at restaurant is tasty too. Very close to sanqingshan cable car area too, can take a short cut and walk 10mins from hotel. Service friendly and helpful. Only negative is wet smell from bathroom and scuff marks on walls from previous guests. Otherwise, recommended 👍🏻

The owner of the hotel and his family are very easy to get along with. The boss detailed planning the Sanqingshan tour route is superb. The big ring line is full of beautiful scenery and will not waste time. Everything is perfect. The bed in the room is large, comfortable to sleep, the bath water is also very hot, there are disposable items, clean and considerate. The food is delicious, the portion is full, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the food is delicious and comfortable. In addition, the boss's doorstep is very spacious and self-driving parking is very convenient.

The environment and service here are very good and it is worth recommending. The room was very clean and quiet, and it was comfortable to watch TV in bed after taking a shower! Mainly very close to the ropeway station. Then the owner was also very enthusiastic and prepared a travel guide intimately. I will definitely choose here next time!

Because it is a newly renovated and opened B&B, I chose it after reading the good reviews. I communicated with the front desk to help adjust the room on the high floor. The room is clean and tidy, and personal items are disposable. Because it is cold on the mountain, I didn't take a shower. I was reminded that the shower is an electric water heater, and the water flow is large, so the hot water will run out quickly and it is not very convenient to take a shower. The door is locked, which makes me feel safe and secure. There is an air conditioner that can blow hot air to make it warmer. The B&B is in a good location and is very close to the Waishuangxi Cableway. It is next to Hilton. There are snacks around to solve dinner. It is also convenient to go up the mountain the next morning because it is close and can save a lot of time

Overall, it was a good experience. Given the limited facilities on the mountain and the fact that it's a tent costing only a few hundred yuan, expectations shouldn't be too high – I don't want to sound demanding or picky. Here are some honest observations and advice for future guests. The owner is very nice. You can charge your devices there, and they provide boiled water for drinking. 1. There's hot water and a hairdryer. Remember to bring your own toiletries. While some reviews mention the owner provides them, it really depends on the situation, so it's best to bring your own. The mountain is very high and challenging to climb, and supplies are scarce as everything has to be carried up. Therefore, paying for amenities is completely reasonable (this includes slippers, shower gel, toothbrushes, towels, and combs). 2. The owner was thoughtful; they gave us an extra sleeping bag because they were worried about the cold at night. For ladies, I recommend bringing long-sleeved pajamas and long pants to wear inside the sleeping bag. 3. The scenery is truly beautiful. The pink sunset glow in the evening, and the sunrise and sea of clouds at 5 AM are absolutely worth it.

After a long search for a hotel, we finally decided on this Sanqingshan Resort Villa, and it proved to be an incredibly wise decision! The environment, surrounded by bamboo groves and streams, was superb. The wooden cabins exuded a rustic charm, and the stargazing rooms offered breathtaking views. The swimming area had excellent water quality, and the fishing area was very quiet. Our family had a wonderful holiday here, and the kids didn't want to leave, already looking forward to coming back!
