Mossaz Ango Suites Kuala Lumpur

Although location is good, lift is easily accessible But when we enter the room, we found that two cockroach are running around on the bed One I manage to catch it, another one running around . And then I found another one cockroach at kitchen area. We requested to change room, but was told that fully booked. And asked for repellent, unfortunately it was not send to us until we check out. Truly disappointed

Hotel Review I would like to share my experience before my next stay. During my previous visit, I faced several issues with the room. The air-conditioning was not cold, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bedsheets had visible stains and dirt. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the room is thoroughly cleaned before my check-in, especially the bathroom and toilet area. The bedsheets should also be properly cleaned and changed, and the air-conditioning should be checked to make sure it is functioning well. Previously, I chose to tolerate these issues, but I sincerely hope I will not have to experience the same problems again. If the same issues happen during my next stay, I will have to raise the matter with the hotel management and share my experience with other customers. Please take this feedback seriously and make sure everything is properly checked and prepared before my arrival

good and nice location near to ikea and 1u. also room is clean and facilities is good. GYM room big. Bad thing - waiting too long for the lift. Slow motion.

The location is very convenient and very close to Hextar World. However, the biggest downside is that you have to wait a long time for the lift. As a bonus, the price is very cheap, which is great for the budget. There is also a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop that we enjoyed. Overall, the cheap price and the great pool make it worth staying here, despite the slow lifts.

The stay is good, room is big. The only thing is gievn 2 hair shampoo. No body shampoo

The apartment was well kept, we requested for mountain view and the reception was kind to make it. Shower water pressure was weak due to the water heaters shower head has some clogged.
