I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel and would strongly advise against booking here. The management is completely blacklisted in my book - I will never consider booking with them again. The bedroom had an offensive odor and the service was abysmal. Although self-check-in was acceptable, the staff was unhelpful and demonstrated a poor attitude when issues arose. If you're looking for a better option, I recommend paying a little more to book at Qliq or De Elements Business Hotel, which are located in the same building but have different management.

Not recommended. Received late info for check in (almost 1 hour late). Lot of stain at bed sheet, in toilet and bath tub, etc. Fan provided full of dust. This is first and last time. Dissatisfied with Subhome service.

The room was great but the lack of proper amenities such as tv’s were not good. I could barely watch anything… there were only 3 channels available. Parking was confusing and very expensive. Would recommend to stay here if you want to be close by to malls. Couch had a bad stench 👍🏻

Good location， but there was a surprise for me, my first step in the room, a cockroach welcoming me, when I’m taking my bath, there are two cockroach watch at me. The room smell musty.

The room is quite spacious for a small family. There’s mini market, few eateries nearby although a bit pricey.
Cons: parking is charged per hour basis, no flat rate 😵💫 also, the tv in our room is not working and no one came to fix it until our check-out day.
Also it is self check-in, luckily the PIC is easy to reach.

A little hassle if you want to check in early, have to pay an extra charge. Dirty bathroom. Self-service check-in and wrongly issued access cards make this even more inconvenient. I wont stay there again.

This is the worst hotel of the worst. The manager is lying and the water cleaning facilities are all the worst. It's not a hotel, it's an Airbnb. Don't be fooled.
