Nice & clean hotel, very easy to find food around hotel

Only thing that is worth is its location as there are no other better hotel/inn/motel at ss2 area. All are as bad, hotel 99 is only slightly better as they have lifts. Rooms are bare minimum, too small for luggages even with superior room. At most 1 night stay, don’t think any one can stay more than 1 night in such crampy room. Main reason to stay is for food & durian at ss2. Make sure when u check in reconfirm ur room type with front desk. As we booked a superior room from trip but when checked in they gave us standard room as their system shows standard room & not superior room. After 10-15mins arguing & insisted they give us room we booked then only they gave us the room.

The location is good. The room is small, old, and smelly. The staff at the counter is not friendly and not helpful.

Great location in SS2. Room is clean. Walk about plenty food. Parking is terrible due to many eateries. And it is exactly opp McD

Nice hotel and strategy location for durian lovers at SS2. I had stayed at this hotel 3 times. Easy to find food and many restaurants nearby at this location. Recommended to stay here.

Reception counter n surrounding area is very clean but room is acceptable. Hotel location is good n you can find eateries nearby.

So far the location is good. Nearby got many places to eat and easy access to the public transportation. The service provided also good, every request was fulfilled well. Sad thing is we could not lock the toilet door. There is no lock provided😌. And the space is too small so might be not enough to put many things🐒.

Hotel is clean and convenient to move about. Very near to durian stalls and food court.

Good location with lots of good food around. But it can be noisy and it sort of give some scary vibes at night. Room service needs to be requested manually. No fridge and no room slippers. There’s a bar soap and a shampoo gel that I used and don’t think it wash my hair cleanly. Better to bring your own or buy it at Watsons or guardian nearby.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the front desk service during my recent stay. When I requested two bottles of water since there were two of us staying in the room, the staff only provided one. When I politely asked if I could have one more, I was told that there were none available. I find this response quite unreasonable and disappointing. For a hotel of your size and reputation, it seems unacceptable that you cannot provide sufficient drinking water for the number of guests staying in the room. I hope you can look into this matter seriously and improve the level of service.

Strategic location . Simple basic hotel to simple travelling needs.
