Considering it’s Le Meridien and such a well known hotel, I must say I was disappointed.. You really can’t find much that’s good here.. Overall it was amazing n perfect experience..

Great accommodation, conveniently located next to a shopping mall. Very nice and diligent staff too.

The location is pretty good, with a mall downstairs making dining and shopping very convenient. However, it's near a flyover, so getting anywhere involves a bit of a detour. The biggest disappointment is that there's no bathtub. On the second day of my three-day stay, they didn't even clean the room or restock the water; they just slipped a card under the door and called it a day.

Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, comfortable bedding. Ambiance: Modern and tidy. Service: Great! The front desk agreed to a late check-out, which was very convenient. Location is also very convenient. I'll choose Le Méridien again next time.

It was a pleasant stay, the room is clean and the services is excellent, next to a mall too. All amenities are available and the view is good too.

The place is very clean, and there's a lot of delicious food. The air conditioning in the room is nice and cold, very refreshing.

The room design is stylish and spacious. I particularly liked the American brand toiletries provided. The bathroom was also very roomy. The iron and ironing board were conveniently placed and easy to find. Plus, there's a mall right next door, which even has a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a pleasant surprise! My only downsides were: first, the mini-fridge was empty, and second, the coffee was quite disappointing – just instant Nescafé sachets.

I have stayed here a few times in different room layouts. Unfortunately, this particular layout is not as efficient as the previous ones. The fridge was placed inside a makeshift cupboard on top of the TV console supported by some metal structure and the laminate was already broken with some sharp edges, which didn’t look well maintained. Another issue was the vanity lighting. The lights cannot be turned off, and since they shine through the translucent sliding door that faces the bed, the room remains quite bright at night. This can be uncomfortable for guests who prefer complete darkness when sleeping. In addition, the lighting at the full-length mirror is too dim. It makes it difficult to do makeup, especially if someone else is using the bathroom at the same time. Overall, the room layout and lighting could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

The room is very clean with comfy pillows. Quiet environment you could only hear the air conditioner.

Was at this hotel for 1 night during CNY and my review as follows. Hotel is on top of Paradigm Mall. Parking is complimentary for 1 time exit only. Parking is shared with the mall. Check in was fast and friendly. Room is very spacious so as the bathroom too. Mayb my only complaint will be the mattress dont feel luxury and it is firm. Rooftop pool has great view. Buffet Breakfast was very crowded but all staffs did their best i think. Teh Tarik station and cappucino were great. Roti canai tasted very nice fluffy and crispy too. The malay guy doing the roti canai was friendly 👍. Croissant also tasted great. However, the overall Hot food selections are quite limited/so-so in my opinion for Le Meridien standards. Most of the hot food are not replenished and left empty for more than 30 mins - understand it was crowded. Mayb hotel can improve on this. Overall, i still think this hotel is a great hotel. Mayb improved on the buffet breakfast.
