Location a little hard to find and check in time took longer maybe because the receptionist’s new maybe can train them further. TV’s not functioning hope you guys improvise and the table not stable it almost going to fall. Anyway thanks for having me stay at your hotel (:

Comfortable to spend the night with the family. A lift is available for each floor and it is easy to carry things to the room. Comfortable and spacious bathroom. The location is close to the LRT station. There are many restaurants nearby, banks and convenience stores. Affordable price. Clean and tidy. Will come again to Hotel 99.

FRONT DESK IS POLITE AND FRIENDLY WITH FAST SERVICES , ROOM IS CLEAN BUT COVERED WITH CIGGY SMOKE SMELL , IT WOULD BE NICE IF THERE IS NON SMOKING ROOM FOR NON SMOKERS .. AIR COND TEMPERATURE IS SET TO CERTAIN TEMP WHICH WE ARE NOT ALLOW TO CHANGE . BUDGET STAY WITH FREE 2PAX BREAKFAST IS GREAT WILL COME BCK AGAIN =) THANK YOU

I stayed a few times in this hotel few years back, and it was a good experience. But this time, when I booked the single room and came to check in, the reception said the room was fully booked and that if I wanted the room I need to add more for another type of room. My problem was the access card that they gave me cant be used to open the door. They need to use their main key to open the room. Not safe for me . Inside the room no water heater. The room is cleaned and the bed is comfy.

Being a regular here for some time, this is the 3rd time in a row none of the channels was functional. There were 2 towels provided, one a normal size and quality and the 2nd and ultra short and thin one. I know being a budget hotel, we can't expect much but to get this sorta towel is really disappointing. Hope OYO does some improvements in this and get the channels on the tv functioning.

Im very upset , just arrives late about 1 am we tried to call the hotel there is no response at all! Should hotel reception are 24/7 but there is no one to pick up my calls to reconfirm our lateness check in ! Then we arrives to the hotel itself i see the counter person has no experiences at all for handling online booking guest, plus he said that there are no rooms available anymore! How come i already paid for the hotel thru agoda and confirmed then suddenly he said that no rooms available ????? And he got no system at all for handling booking thru online ??? He asked me to go to the other New Wave hotel at Sungai Buloh under the same property, its been 20 mins from current location tho! Ok so we got no choice we need a place to sleep then check out, We arrived at the second property...This is my first nightmare hotel that i ever booked ! Its much more different from the picture that shown in agoda ? Are they trying to cheat a guest or what for doing business?Plus, the place are scary! There is a dark empty room with full of DUMPSTERS! We’ve got no other choice just walk along thru the nightmare area to reach our hotel room.. i cant believe it at all! Plus i am very angry now, we are really exhausted just put our eyes closed only, and bathroom sizes, are really bad its like a small store room that we have to change angle to close the bathroom door ! Please dont put this creepy, lowsy, low hotel services, it same like a motel rated standard in agoda ! Please , agoda have their own standards choices of hotel which is best reccomended for the guest/ customer!

The overall experience for the hotel was great. For location wise, it’s located at a spot which there a lot of shop and restaurant u can choose from, it’s pretty convenient. Would definitely return to this hotel for the next visit. The only comment was the cleanliness of the room, but overall was quite good.

The hotel room is very night and cozy, The staff are accomodating us the way we like it. I would love to recommend this hotel whoever wants to chill and wants to have a scenery view too.

We got a good discount on trip while booking the room. Therefore we wouldn't trouble ourselves to complain when there's no toilet paper & bottled mineral water provided. We had a king bed but only had 2 thin pillows. the aircond is freezing cold.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can find a lot of restaurants and banking facilities near the hotel. The MRT Surian just a few minutes walking distances. It is very convenient for anyone who wants to travel to Damansara area for business or holiday purpose.
