"We went to Beachwood Resort for the first time today for the Father's Day Brunch during their 100th Anniversary Weekend. The food, atmosphere and hospitality at Beachwood surpassed all of our expectations. Joanne and Kate were particularly welcoming. We will be back to enjoy more lakeside dining, entertainment and positive vibes at the resort this summer."

"This was our fourth visit over 2 years so familiar with the hotel. This time the heater/cooling unit was very noisy during the night and bathroom needed an update as looked a bit tattered. Our room was on the 3rd floor which looked like it was not updated like the first or second floor, where we stayed before. The good points: the beds were very comfortable along with the very ice bedding. Also the staff was very friendly and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was excellent: lot's of choice and a esspresso maker, my favorite! I would stay there again but ask for room on first or second floor, if possible."

"This is a small hotel run by Indians. It is very close to an indoor public parking lot which is free on weekends and evenings. The breakfast has few varieties, the cleaning is not proactive, and you have to ask for a change of towels. The facilities are very old, but the service staff is nice. The location is downtown, so it is convenient for dining and watching movies."

"The room was spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast was served over a long period, catering to various needs. The casino was nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, a great hotel experience."

"Our stay at Westwind Inn in Buckhorn was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, and they certainly gave us space to enjoy alone time. The scenery was beautiful, including the lake, the docks, the inn itself, and pool/activity area. The check in/out was very easy. We opted out of the meals, but we were able to use the community fridge, coffee maker, and stove area for whatever we needed. Stores and places to eat are close by if anything is needed. I wanted my family to enjoy a beautiful Canadian lake with some wildlife, and the Westwind Inn certainly delivered! I am not sure if we will make it up again with life‘s busy schedule, but we absolutely would recommend it to everyone! Darryl, Traci, Devin Wright"
