H luxury hotel

I selected this hotel as it's on the newer side, with modern amenities. I called the hotel a few times to ask a few questions. The staff spoke flawless English, and were always very friendly/helpful. Unfortunately, our flights were canceled due to the regional tensions. The hotel staff was very understanding. They made an exception, canceled, and refunded our booking... encouraging us to visit again when things have calmed. I highly recommend this hotel based upon the helpfulness of their staff alone! I look forward to a stay in the future!

Tourist trap. It is impossible to describe how poor and insufficient this structure is. Scandalous breakfast. Cold foods. Inefficient staff. Dirty rooms. Shower not working. Sauna off. Turkish bath out of service. Cold pool. The staff didn't know how to apologise but after you said they would give us a final discount given the disruptions in the end they told us they couldn't do it anymore. Tourist trap. Shameful treatment.

Clean and very new. Some rooms have great view. The staff are friendly and the hotel came with all the required amenities like a jacuzzi.

Short walk to Petra Visitor center Hotel and stuff are wonderful. Whirlpool and sauna are nice to have after long day

The hotel was excellently located and we could walk the easy 300m to the entrance to Petra. The room was well maintained and very comfortable and the mountain view was beautiful. We loved the pool and the sauna, and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day hiking at Petra. The included breakfast was good, but the service was inconsistent, and didn't live up to expectations as we were told it started at 6.30am, only to arrive to be told to come back later, and many items were not available. Additionally, not replenishing shower gel when it runs out showed a lack of attention to detail. The hotel has great potential and just needs to organise itself to live up to its luxury claim.

A very decent quality hotel to base in Petra Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests.
