We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our trip! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really went the extra mile to make our experience special, including giving us a complimentary upgrade and offering us the option for an early check-in. The sunset was also absolutely breathtaking — one of the best sunsets I have ever seen! It made the whole experience even more memorable. We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Up in the mountains, the room was very clean, although the shower did leak a bit. Breakfast was plentiful. When we visited in early March, the pool was under construction. There's a shuttle bus service to Petra.

Excellent stay overall. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing some new construction, but it didn’t cause any noise or disturb our stay at all. Would happily stay here again.

Is was good, safe, clean, good good and good staff However I think the swimming pool was not ready, (it was under construction) The hotel is close to the Petra area ( 5 to 6 minutes by taxi)

Large room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. But at full price, the restaurant isn't worth the stay.

The hotel is located on the top of the hill. The view from the hotel is so beautiful. On the day I stay (08/09) the swimming pool was under renovate so I could not see the view from swimming pool. The downside is the breakfast does not have so much choice.

The purpose of my visit was to experience Petra. Overall the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and competent. The rooms were a little dated ( my window was making so much noise during a windy night) compared to other modern hotels like the W but having said this they were perfectly functioning and large. The food was good but not blowing my mind ( perhaps the menu can be updated as well). The location was very convenient to get to and from Petra with a free shuttle provided multiple times through the day. Considering the purpose of my trip, this was a great value for the price, location and helpful staff.
