Stayed here in Aug/Sep 2023 with a tour group, although I had my own room. The location is near the centre of town with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a big grocery store. The hotel is typical of what one should expect in a far corner of Russia…and very similar to lodgings in Central Asia (ex Soviet states). There were 2 types of rooms….the older ones are well worn out, and on the smaller side. The bathroom needs an immediate refurbishment. Things work but barely…I would rate these as a 2/5. On the flip side, the newer renovated rooms (Floor 2) are bigger and in better shape. Everything feels a bit more comfortable in these rooms….these deserve a 4/5 rating. The restaurant is okay…nothing to write home about. Breakfast is very standard and I would have loved some more hot options. WiFi needs to be set up by the Reception staff…which is a pain. Overall the staff are generally nice and helpful. Laundry was very pricey. Overall, I could stay here again in a refurbished room. I don’t think it gets much better in PK.

Бронировала гостиницы в июле 2024, поездка была в августе с 19 по 29 августа. Так как в Петропавловске Камчатском недостаток гостиниц - не смогла найти гостиницу на 10 дней. Пришлось жить в трех гостиницах. Первый заезд у меня был номер за 5500 р одноместный эконом, с нормальной сантехником. Сама гостиница очень старая, ужасные двери в номера с ключом. Какие то старые ковры в холлах. В номере было нормально. Завтрак был нормальный, даже икра в микроскопических дозах на мини тарталетках с творожным сыром была. Потом я переехала в шикарный отель Арсеньев за 5800 р номер, который затмил своими восхитительный завтраками с полноценным бутербродами с икрой, красной рыбой и за кусками с крабами! Были также бутерброды с печенью трески. Сейчас вернулась в отель Петропавловск в номер с видом на вулкан за 6300р. И меня заселили в старый номер с ужасной сантехником старая маленькая квадратная ванна с занавеской!!! Я в нем жить отказалась. Меня переселили в другой номер. Прикладываю фото номера за 6300 р. с видом на вулкан.

Отличный отель, все понравилось. Состояние номеров хорошее, завтрак разнообразный и сытный. понравились разнообразные комплексные ужины. Очень удобное расположение отеля, не далеко и от Аэропорта и центра города. Администраторы приветливые, отлично знают свои обязанности.

Чистые номера, отличная горячая вода и тепло в отеле. Завтраки мне собирали боксами с собой, так как уезжала на экскурсии задолго до начала завтрака. Сотрудники и вещи мои хранили пока была неделю в экспедиции, и такси помогали вызвать рано утром, оказывали поддержку и сервис на высшем уровне. Потеряла на корабле адаптер - на ресепшен одолжили свои адаптеры. Сотрудники отзывчивые очень. В самом отеле очень тихо и спокойно. Отель Рекомендую.
