I booked this hotel because of its high ratings. The location is great, as it's very close to tourist attractions. However, the photos are a bit off from the reality. The photos are bright and clean. In reality, it's a bit gloomy. The level of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is a bit below my usual standards. It's a good price, though. I don't mind the gloom, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Thank you.

This stay completely redefined my understanding of hotel service! From the moment I entered the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a warm smile. During check-in, she proactively asked if I needed a quiet room and thoughtfully offered a hot towel and welcome fruit. The room was homely and cozy, with soft bedding and pillows of varying heights. What touched me most was the next morning, when I accidentally overslept for breakfast and was feeling frustrated, the waiter knocked on my door and delivered a packed breakfast, saying, "Since you slept late last night, I left this for you." When I checked out, the bellhop helped me take my luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to be safe on my way back. The attention to detail shows genuine care. This kind of service makes it hard to leave. I'll definitely stay here again! [Simple and Professional Style] This was an excellent stay. I highly recommend the hotel's service! Efficiency: The front desk clerk responded quickly, completing check-in and check-out within 5 minutes, and was courteous and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Room Quality: The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete amenities (safe, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.). The bedding and toiletries were high-quality. Detailed Service: Complimentary mineral water and snacks were replenished daily, and they proactively asked if bath towels needed changing. During nighttime service, they thoughtfully closed the curtains and provided slippers. Special Needs: As we were traveling with an elderly family, we contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a room on a lower floor, which was already equipped with anti-slip flooring upon arrival.
