The hotel facilities are very good, the breakfast is delicious and of good quality, but when I went downstairs at night, I encountered drunk guests and bar staff who were very rude to me. This alone is unacceptable.

A very nice, modern hotel. The reception was very friendly and prompt. The room was very large and equipped with everything you could want (plus a little more). The wet room was large and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning was very well adjusted and barely audible. There were very good, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was really everything. The WiFi is free, fast and works perfectly. Parking in the parking garage was free. We can highly recommend the hotel, we would be happy to come back. I can't find anything negative.

Modern hotel but issues Really nice modern hotel with quality room and great breakfast and dining options. but we had 2 issues that spoiled our stay a bit. 1) Ongoing construction around hotel plus event setup everywhere in hotel was a bit of a disruption and eyesore. Hotel is also right on the train tracks. 2) hotel required upfront pre-authorisation of hotel stay cost (CHF277) + CHF200 deposit, and then on check out another separate charge for the hotel stay (reason given that otherwise the 200 deposit would take 30 days to be refunded). As a traveller from another country with limited CHF in a multi currency debit card used while traveling, this was super inconvenient. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of the CHF477 even though the hotel says they have released… and just hope it refunds after 30 days as promised. This caused unwanted stress, admin to follow up and cost to transfer more funds from other currency to cover trip costs. Also the ****** in the hotel might not be that great for you if you’re not a gambler (but the CHF10 free voucher to use in ****** was a nice touch)

Good enough It is quite okay for business trip. the only disadvantage is the accessibility through public transportation. It takes at least 10-15 min to reach out hotel from the closest railway destination. BTW, the view of the restaurant is quite well.
