We are here spontaneously returned for 2 nights (2 adults and 1 baby). The rooms are relatively small cut, with baby bed and baby car in the room it is already very narrow. The room and the bathroom are very nicely designed, functionality is partly behind me, which leads to putting half of the bath under water, for example, when you douche. Breakfast is rich and well organized despite corona activities. One staff makes fresh eggs for rhetoric and mirror. All others can be more or less packed by self-service. All in all is okay for a short trip. However, what I found very bad is that the check-in is specified on the homepage with 15.00 clock, but is moved to 17.00 clock because of Corona. This was only in the information about the corona actions and we didn't have it on the screen. Therefore we had to press out for a while and that is sometimes a little hard with a little baby.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and it is more suitable for self-driving tour. The hotel does not serve dinner. The interior looks older. Room facilities are average. Staying here is to go to Neuschwanstein Castle the next day. Drive 4-5 kilometers.

Well the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.
