All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, they even did a breakfast pack when we left early for one of our trips. Breakfast is served with pride, wonderful staff and great service. We have now stayed there twice, and will again on our next visit to Phalaborwa. If you want a place that is both comfortable and convenient for all that surrounds you, then choose ISO Bella Vita Guess House."

"For the most intimate and immersive bush / game experience, in the Greater Kruger Park reserve, at reasonable rates, look no further. We've been fortunate, as South Africans, to have had many bush experiences but this was right up there with the best. The food was outstanding, the rooms 1st class and hospitality ever so personal, making us feel totally at home like family. As for the games drives, these were superb, on 3 out of the 4 games drives we saw Lion, not to mention a host of other wild life. One of our top highlights was when a herd of Elephants came to drink from the water hole right nexto the lodge. Last but not least, our hosts Laura & Mike made us feel like royalty and did everything they could to make our time as pleasurable & as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much"
