Great location nearby main sites but away from the crowds at Mui Ni town. The hotel staff is really friendly and it feels very homely.
I love the huge bathtub which is the largest I've seen anywhere in the world. The only area to improve is to get the hot water flow to be faster as it takes hours to fill the tub now.

I have been to many places in Vietnam and I felt they were pretty good. The hygiene was ok, the service was good, and it was convenient to go anywhere. Both couples and friends can go there. The key is that the environment is great!

Exceptional guest house! 1) Architecture is beautiful and guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and spacious. 2) Dat, the owner, is incredibly helpful, and the staff made us feel like this was our home. 3) Location is comfortable: it's about 5k east of Mui Ne, right across the street from a fishing village and miles of beach. From the fishing village, turn right on the beach, and in low tide you can walk this beautiful beach all the way to Mui Ne. The Red Bus to Mui Ne and Phan Thiet can be caught at the end of the road (comes every 30 minutes), and taxis are easy to get. 4) Dat (the owner) also owns the seafood restaurant (Quan an 8 Loc) a few doors down, and it is exceptional in its quality and service. (The coffee shop D'fam, right around the corner, is also quite good.) Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Stay
We had the most comfortable stay the red sand hotel is the best hotel experience I have ever had.
The hotel owner and staff were so attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The room was incredible and had everything we needed from toiletries, to fluffy towels and the most comfortable bed ( I’ve been having the best sleeps) it’s very clean the hotel and the rooms are furnished beautifully. I highly recommend booking the sea view room it has an outside bath tub and a lovely view.
The breakfast was so delicious each day so fresh and tasty.
The owner was so helpful and arranged a bike for us to use while we stayed, and also was very supportive with our check out and made us comfortable for our long journey ahead of us as we had a flight later the same day. They also dropped us off to the local station. We are so grateful for this.
The hotels location is perfect it’s a quiet and peaceful area but there are lots of great local restaurants and coffee spots and a pool hall, it’s located right next to the beach too and there is a surf club close by, we took a surf lesson. There are lot of things to do in the local area and a short driver you can also be into the main town.
A huge thank you for a wonderful stay red sands we will defiantly be back to stay with you you made our stay very special 😊

Nice and clean property. The staff and owner are very friendly. They are open on breakfast times. And care to adjust for your preferences and food allergies. They are super helpful.

Booked through booking, arrived, looked around - and decided to go to another place. If proximity to the sea is not essential for you and you are just looking for a separate villa - perhaps this option will do. But if not only cleanliness inside but also in the surroundings is important - most likely, you will be disappointed. There is garbage behind the fence, on the way to the sea and at the water itself - all the same, plus an unpleasant smell, apparently from the remains of fishing. Yes, you can walk to the sea - but under the scorching sun and past some rather specific local guys, this is unlikely to be pleasant. The option to get there by bike or car is possible if you know how to drive and drive every time. Perhaps it is not for nothing that there is not a single photo of the sea or the immediate surroundings in the ad - reality may not coincide with expectations. Unfortunately, the owner wrote off the entire booking amount without any compromises.
