Everything was great! Host and team were very polite and helpful with all our questions, even with a parking spot, really very nice and friendly! Room was clean, big and cool, with a sea view, just like photos. Check-out was fast and perfect! The territory is amazing: beautiful pools, areas, animation, evening music, lots of stores and spots. You have a whole impression being in a big city.

The hotel is located in a complex of 6 towers with its own closed territory.
On the territory there are 4-5 cafes (cuisine for an amateur) and one restaurant, but since it is the only one, it happens that you can be offered a wait of 1-1.5 hours, which is sometimes not very appropriate.
The rooms are clean, there is enough space, the view was on the inner courtyard.
Due to the fact that the complex is large, service was not always provided on time.

Lần đầu tôi có một chuyến du lịch quá tệ . Nhưng cũng chấp nhận vì tiền nào giá đó . Có lẽ sẻ mãi mãi không dám quay lại APEC Mandela.Dịch vui chơi không có ,đồ ăn quá mắc mõ là lại quá tệ. Muốn đi chuyển vào thành phố thì quá xa . Taxi xanh mà giá lên đến 450 ngàn đồng cho một chiều. Tôi đi du lịch từ Nam ra Bắc khắp nơi đây là lần đầu tôi trái nghiệp một chuyến đi quá ư là thất vọng. Bù lại thì mấy em làm trong lễ Tân và dịch vụ tại KS dể thương và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ.
