The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

If you want to walk, take the main road for 15 minutes to the more lively place in Phan Thiet. But there is no sidewalk from the hotel to Sealinks, so be careful when walking. Lovely hotel on a private, sandy beach. The beach front bungalows are very close to the sea and we loved to sit on the terrace. The hotel is spotless and the staff even collect the waste from the beach. Everyone is amiable. The restaurant is ideally located and offer delicious food. For me best hotel in place!

Great location, quiet clean beach, hotel surrounded by greenery, good varied breakfasts. Staff is helpful, but does not speak English, which creates certain difficulties. Overpriced restaurant and bar, so they are always empty. The main problem is inexperienced and poorly understanding staff. Twice they forgot to clean the room. If we traveled again, we would stay there, the best beach in Mui Ne, for those who need a quiet holiday.

I waited for 2.5 hours at the hotel before checking in. I said that the order information was not received and the efficiency was very low. I even suggested that we book another hotel to see. You must know that the hotels west of Mui Ne are a few hundred meters or even one kilometer away from each other. It's not a joke with the elderly and children with their luggage. In the end, the problem was solved by serious negotiations with their front desk. Two of them were merged and upgraded into a seaside suite. The service attitude is not bad, but the efficiency is too low, the room facilities are not well maintained, and many functions are not easy to use. The hotel environment is acceptable, the beach is private, but the quality of the beach is not good, I stayed in two different hotels, and the other one to the west is better.

The hotel is located between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne, so it is convenient to go out and eat. Although the hotel equipment is old, it is still maintained regularly, in general it is good. Hot and cold water system and air conditioning work well. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast has not many varieties but the food and drinks are also quite delicious. The cleaned pool and beach area is a plus. Overall everything is pretty good in the price range, nothing outstanding but nothing worth criticizing.
