Top Hotels in Phuoc Thuan with Spas

We, family with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 3 years old), had a wonderful time in Melia Ho Tram Resort. We stayed in the family suite, which was very spacious and had a beautiful view over the resort and beach from the 11th floor. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The resort staff was always helpful and supportive especially with the kids. The pool and the beach can be reached within 5 mins walking or less with the shuttle cars. The pool and the beach area is really nice including a pool bar and a kids pool. Our kids also enjoyed the kids club including the different activities like animal feeding, handcrafting etc. Only downside of the resort is the surrounding area because there is not too much to explore around next to a pier and some stores and restaurants. Overall did we had a great time there and would highly recommend.

Most staff are kind and helpful. A bit of language barrier with many staff if you don’t speak Vietnamese. While we asked for more free water, the call center asked us to pay for it. Eventually she gave us it for free (2 bottles) after checking but it should not happen. Food is delicious but more pricey than HCM. Some insects around. Plz bring your fly spray there. Many restaurants and facilities unavailable on the weekdays. Maybe a weekend place! Good free shuttle bus from D1 HCM.

Although it is by the sea, the environment is antique, but it is very well maintained and clean. If there is a problem with the room facilities, it will be repaired quickly; the types of breakfast are average, but acceptable; there are many outdoor facilities, very suitable for bringing children to play; after experiencing it, I will definitely return to visit

Great place to relax. The ****** is located right at the hotel. Many activities available too, can do bowling, arcade, swimming and gambling. Weather was also good.

The staff was excellent and they tried their best to makes us comfortable. They helped us book transportation back to Ho Chi Minh via private car with very little notice. While breakfast wasn’t so good, the other dishes were great. The towels, hot water, and water pressure were perfect to start and end the day. Additionally, the beach is not crowded, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with family and friends.

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.
