Was skeptical at first by price of this place but this hotel was honestly fantastic. If you are considering spending less on phi phi this hotel is clean decently spacious and not too far away from everything. Have to say it’s a bit of a walk away from pier but not awful as within a 5 minute walk you are at a 7-eleven and restaurants. Really good quality, we have paid much more for much worse hotels.

I visit Koh Phi Phi very often, and this is one of the best and most value-for-money hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I once forgot my room key late at night, and they assisted me right away without any hesitation. The location is great—close to the viewpoint, with restaurants right in front and a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley. Highly recommended!

I had a nice stay at Coco's Guest House. The location is great and convenient for exploring Phi Phi Island. The room was simple but clean and comfortable for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. Overall, it’s a good budget option if you are staying in Phi Phi.

Traveling with two adults and two children, I booked this place quite late, and given the general price hikes around Chinese New Year, there weren't many options, so I chose this one. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The room only had four beds and four bath towels, with two small bottles each of disposable shampoo and shower gel – nothing else. For 500 RMB for four people during Chinese New Year, it was okay. The listing stated no children allowed, but after emailing the hotel, they confirmed children are welcome, and their email reply was quite fast.

The hotel is well located, but the street is very busy and there is a restaurant across the road, so it can be noisy at night. Make sure to check whether your room has hot water to avoid surprises. The shower is open with no glass, so the bathroom floor gets wet easily. There is no air conditioning, only a fan.
