The views are amazing, the room is clean, and the staff are very friendly.

It's pretty quiet at night, but the trade-off is that it's a bit far from the pier, about a 15-minute walk. The overall hotel environment is decent, but the rooms are just so-so – livable. Breakfast wasn't good, and there aren't many shops nearby. The upside is the beach right outside, and the view is nice; you can relax on a lounge chair and watch the sunset. If you're going out on a boat, you can ask the captain to pick you up right there.

I scoured through all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi before finally settling on this one. It was quite a journey – during the Chinese New Year, it showed no availability, and I even emailed the hotel to confirm they were fully booked. But then, one day, luck smiled upon me and a room suddenly appeared, which I immediately booked! The hotel isn't right by the pier, which is great as it avoids the noisy bars that go on till late, yet it's still close enough to the pier. It's a mere 10-minute walk for transport, going out for snorkeling, or diving. The hotel also offers its own half-day boat tours, with direct boarding from the beach right in front, which is super convenient and very reasonably priced. The environment is simply stunning – a tranquil and cozy tropical rainforest villa. The pool, breakfast restaurant, and beach are all beautiful. The staff are warm and friendly, and their attention to detail is evident everywhere. Looking at other reviews, besides one overly dramatic negative comment, all others are overwhelmingly positive. The only drawback was that the shower water was a bit cold. It's a shame I only stayed for two nights. You can get a more visual sense from the pictures.

Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is fine. However, the room is too small, and the bathroom is tiny. The sink faucet sprays water out when you turn it on, which is really annoying, and the water pressure is quite low.

Fresh beachfront hotel with an unexpectedly deep pool. Pros: · Beachfront. Long Beach is literally a 20-30 second walk away. · New hotel. Everything works perfectly, and the furniture and fixtures are modern. · Housekeeping and staff. The housekeepers do a great job, the room is always clean. The staff are friendly. · Pool. It's about 1.9m deep – you can actually swim properly, not just stand chest-deep. The water is cool, perfect for hot weather. Cons: · Breakfast. Modest, not much variety. You can get a filling meal, but foodies might prefer to look for options at nearby cafes. Overall: A great option for the price during the off-season. The main advantages are the proximity to the sea and the good pool. I recommend it.
