❌ Steer clear of this hotel!
**Facilities:** The facilities are old and outdated. The first room we were given smelled absolutely terrible upon entry. After we switched rooms, the hairdryer spontaneously combusted right after I used it – it was incredibly terrifying! Since the rooms have wooden floors, the consequences could have been unimaginable if we hadn't reacted quickly. Furthermore, the hotel's compensation after the incident was perfunctory; they merely offered a fruit platter and breakfast vouchers, hoping to brush it off. We didn't want to make a big fuss, so we didn't pursue the matter further.
**Service:** The service efficiency is low. The hotel's hilltop location makes calling a taxi difficult; it's okay during the day, but at night, drivers simply ignore requests. The service seemed to get worse day by day. Hotel staff's attitude was poor. We accidentally lost our room key card, and they demanded 1000 Thai Baht (approximately 222 RMB) for it. We felt this was excessive and tried to negotiate, but the staff, with a cold expression, used a translator to tell us they would call the police if we didn't pay. Their attitude was appalling. To avoid further unpleasantness and keep our trip enjoyable, we reluctantly paid the 1000 THB. I strongly suggest they re-evaluate their room card replacement fees and improve staff's problem-solving attitude.
**Staff:** The front desk staff's demeanor shifted instantly; they were charming and helpful during check-in but became completely uncooperative and rude when issues arose. This made us feel very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the tuk-tuk drivers were excellent – friendly, honest-looking, and always smiling. They deserve commendation.
**Location:** Being on a hilltop, the hotel is very inconvenient. Additionally, there's an extra charge for transportation after 9 PM.
**Safety Details:** The tuk-tuks transporting guests up the hill had nail-like protrusions on the inside of the window frames. Given the bumpy mountain roads, this poses a serious head injury risk to guests. This definitely needs immediate rectification.
**In summary,** I definitely do not recommend this hotel. I hope others reading this review will consider these points carefully, and I also hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes effective improvements.
