The hotel staff were very lovely. The rooms were nice. I did have problems with the aircon which made the rooms damp. But i was moved to another room wasily enough. The breakfast was bery nice with lots if selections.

Pros: Near the pier, behaviour of the staf, very close to all types of shop. Cons: No room slipper and the room floor became wet after AC off everytime.

Great location - close to town/shopping/food/beach. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean, but have several defects (leaking water from windows, leaking water from roof, AC not great in some rooms, sliding doors not lockable, multiple sharp edges). After the leakage, we were upgraded to better/bigger rooms, which we truly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! Superb location just walking distance from the pier and the main beach, and the pool was excellent with a view of the mountains/beach. Breakfast was also delicious and they even gave us a takeaway breakfast on a day when we had a tour booked in the morning. Really enjoyed our stay.

A bit expensive but nearby everything. Staffs are helpful.

The hotel is located near the pier. So it was vey convenient for us to do snorkeling and scuba diving.

The best aspects were the location and the buffet. It's just a 2-minute walk from the pier, and the hotel's street connects the bay to the beach. On the downside, it definitely needs more cleaning (the fans haven't been cleaned in at least a decade) and the rooms should be fumigated.

Best hotel in Phi phi Don Good location easy access for beach & Pier but Reception little argument

The hotel’s brochure pictures look great, but they don’t convey the unpleasant reality of the first-floor rooms. There was a strong moldy odor, and when we checked other rooms on the same floor with the hotel staff, all of them had the same smell. Only when we tried a room on the upper floor was the air fresh. The new room was at a lower rate, but the hotel only agreed to a partial refund, claiming we weren’t entitled to a full one due to their cancellation policy 🤨. This was very frustrating, as our request to change rooms was due to poor conditions, not by choice for any other reason.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars etc in the area. Short walk to the pier. Friendly staff. Breakfast quite average, not much choice. Needs a manned poolside bar. All in yes I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel was OK in overall. The floor was a bit dirty otherwise it was a real 4star hotel.
