The property is beautiful and worth staying at. Just enjoy your time there; I miss their horse, "TAN," who is probably the only horse on the entire island. Clean swimming and a great place to stay.

It was cheap, but -bathroom not deluxe, don’t want to take a shower there - so noisy. You hear every step from your neighbors - many mosquitoes - a bit out of town, for me no problem I paid 24€ for the deluxe room, A/C was working good, all in all for a short stay of one or two nights ok

The resorts was cozy and comfortable. Location is walked 15min from Tonsai pier. Outside swimming pool is clean. Unfortunately no breakfast service. And Wifi is not working in my room.

Hotel is a it far from the pier and it was hard to find as maps don't give the proper directions. The staff were incredibly nice. My only real complaint is that the water pressure in the shower and wash sink was weird and the shower head was filled with gunk so the water just sprayed out super hard, I just unscrewed the shower head and used it like a hose which was much better.

This room is completely inadequate for a three-star hotel. It's two stars at best, and that's because there's a pool that no one uses, even though I saw it being cleaned. The price for this hotel is way too high; there are luxury hotels near the airport for 30-50% less! This price is completely unreasonable for a hotel of this class. For example, in Bali, you can now find a hotel on the outlying islands for 50% less, and the water around this island (Nusa Penida) is much cleaner!!!! It's completely unclear why Thailand charges money on Phi Phi Island.
