When you arrive at the pier, look for staff in red uniforms holding the hotel's name; they can help with your luggage. 👍 The room had neatly folded elephant towels. 👍 The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, and I could hear the music from the bar outside. It's a non-refundable booking, so make sure to consider that carefully 🙉 especially if you book an expensive room, as there might be cheaper ones available later.

The hotel is beautiful, in front of the ocean, nice rooms (though small), nice restaurant, friendly staff, pool is great too. But acustics are an issue in the hotel, the beautiful bamboo huts are zero sound proof you can hear your neighborgs breathing, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the extra loud cheap trance music from the bars nearby didn’t come in feeling like it’s in your room and accounting for terrible sleep. this was specially worse for me as I had a room with pool/sea view at row 1 and sound just went in there, I asked to change rooms and they did and at row 5  i had a much better sleep. It’s sad because this is not the hotel’s fault but municipality should really do something about the bars, it really messes the entire Phi Phi paradise experience.

Decent accommodation with a balcony offering spectacular mountain views. Be aware that you'll need to climb two rather steep flights of stairs to reach the room, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. A big plus is its location on a quieter side street, away from the bustling shops and activities near Phi Phi Island's central port, making it very peaceful. It's about a 12-minute walk from the port. The bed is large with a firm yet comfortable mattress, typical of Thailand. The bathroom is very basic. I'd say it has all the essentials for a short stay on Phi Phi. Breakfast service is not provided. Good value for money, worth it for the view and the quiet.

Great location  Our suite was lovely although our view was a bit obscured by trees but that couldn’t be helped  We were able to go on a couple of trips as the weather improved which was good  The crossing was a bit bumpy but at this time of the year it could of been much worse

Amazing find for the price. Entrance is not typical, but also not hard to find and was worth it for the rooms. Such welcoming hosts and clean rooms. Spacious and good ac, no mosquitos. We had an issue with aircon and were moved to another room with no fuss. Also booked tours with this hotel at good price. Daily water. Definitely recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. Thank you so much for giving us such good memories! 💗

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was a service we didn’t even know existed: upon arriving at the port in Phi Phi, we were pleasantly surprised to find staff waiting to help with luggage and guide us to the hotel. It made the arrival so much smoother, especially in the heat and crowds. The luggage service was incredibly efficient and thoughtful — we didn’t have to worry about dragging our bags through the busy streets. It was such a great first impression and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again — and now we’ll definitely be telling others to look out for that port-side welcome!

Overall, it was good. Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproofing was excellent, and the room was very quiet. The service was attentive; the front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, and there was a gentleman who escorted us to our room. Phi Phi Island is beautiful.

The hostel is located in a calmer area of the Island even though connected to the main walking street. The beds are kind of capsuled which help us to have some independence in big rooms. The common area are really pleasant and clean/new. There is a balcony where people can dry the clothes and towels. And the bathroom are well-kept with space for shower and toilet with hangers, which is an asset. The team has the pleasant kindness of Thailand hospitality. I recommend it!

The location is nice with the great view from the reception, at least. We got a room with no view, though. They provide service when they can deliver baggage from the pier to the reception of the hotel (see the attached picture). You have to be prepared to climb stairs. There were around 150 stairs to our room. However, the view is worth it. Overall, the room is pretty big with all the necessary things. They also delivered our suitcases to the pier on the checkout date. Good place for the good price! We had a moonshine and asked for the room with a good view, however, they didn't provide us that type of room.
