The Windsor Suites Philadelphia

The hotel was well located and we walked to the Calder Gardens that had recently opened. The room itself was good but I cant say it was 4 star. The bed was comfy and clean but the floor in the room was not carpeted which is cold to bare feet. . The bathroom was not great; one of the doors on the cabinet under the sink had broken off and was hanging by one hinge. The shower floor was delaminating and the retractable round mirror on the wall showed rust spots. None of these were deal breakers but it sure seemed to me that the room could use some "love". The gym was good and had a nice amount of equipment & machines but the floor layout is rather small and so with a handful of people in there it felt crowded. The other "downer" was parking in that their garage and garages around it are extremely expensive. I arrived on a Saturday at 5pm and found street parking on Cherry & 23rd for only a few bucks as it is free after 6:30pm through Monday. Still, the staff was quite good and responsive to our needs. The location was great and the place was quiet at night.

Nice location in downtown Philly. Full kitchen and nice view from room. However, walls were so thin you could hear conversations from the next hotel room.

Check in was easy, room was spacious and clean, staff happy to answer any questions. We had a good stay and would consider staying again.

The room is very large and has everything that you need. Location quite near train station and central area.

I originally booked for the one bedroom king suite but when i arrived it wasn’t available so i got upgraded to the skyline suite and it was excellent !
