Philadelphia Marriott Old City

This is my second visit to the city, and my first time staying at this hotel. It was a great experience, and the room was very spacious.

Very close to the New Year's Eve fireworks! The breakfast quality is excellent. The lobby restaurant and bar on the first floor is open late, perfect for a casual get-together.

The follow-up settlement is very slow, especially for deposit refunds!

The room was spacious and well-maintained. It's within walking distance to most Old Town attractions and not far from the subway and bus stations. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and breakfast was decent. It's a solid choice, and quieter than hotels in the city center.

1. Please remember to check your bill before leaving the store. 2. The short female manager at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was extremely impatient. The white staff were very friendly. 3. Overcharging and unclear billing.

It's great that there's a Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone is friendly, but it was a shame that we had to wait extra at check-in time. It's clean, but there's a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. The water comes out well. I think it was an upgrade from a regular room, but I was given a larger room. It's convenient to go out for dinner, and it's very nice.
