The hotel is right in the city center with a great location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with bacon and eggs. Parking costs $44 right next to the building. I highly recommend this place because it feels very safe!

We got the room facing away from the streets so we weren’t affected by any noise on the streets. The front desk and staff were all friendly, and were checking in throughout the stay. Extremely convenient location, loads of food (Italian, Asian) nearby, close to city hall and liberty bell. But the A/C in the room was old and super loud, my parents had trouble sleeping because of it. Everything else is good.

It's a convenient area with restaurants nearby, about a 5-minute walk from the City Hall Tower. The room was spacious, and the pillows and toiletries were very nice. It was convenient to be able to get water, hot water, and coffee anytime from the front desk floor. Anyone can ride the elevator without a room key, but the entrance is small so you have to pass by the front desk. However, on Friday and Saturday nights, it was very noisy with music played outside until well past midnight, frequent sirens, shouting from people walking outside, loud engine noises, and loud music from cars and motorcycles. It was a shame that the environment was so bad despite the hotel itself being nice.
