Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Airport - Tinicum Blvd

This room was a double bed suite that cost me $230.00 a night. They wouldn't let you check in 30 minutes early. I had to pay to park at the location. The room was nasty, and the floors were sticky. The mattress was so dented it was someone's body shape in it, and there was no quilt on the bed.

The hotel was so disgusting roaches in room carpets dirty bed bathroom looked so nasty. I will never stay there again. The staff had me wait from 3 am till 1 pm to check in did not allow me to pay extra but thank God it was disgusting. I want a total refund.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty. The furniture was broken. The lobby smell like *********. The room smelled like cigarettes. I had to have the front desk come spray the room. The trashcan was not empty the bed was not made properly. The furniture was broken.This place is a complete dump.

I was in town for the Roots Picnic so the location and minimal service I needed were the best features. Outside of that, if you’re looking for a space you can feel completely comfortable, like give yourself spa day type showering and grooming and walk around with your toes on the floor, this isn’t it. If you’re in town to get lit, come in and pass out, this may work for you. My carpet had crazy stains, the mattress dipped and I could tell my sheet with either dirty or old with pen scribbles and other small stains that couldn’t come out. There was also no comforter, just the fleece blanket with the sheet over. I could tell paint was just smacked on the wall to cover repairs, part of the sink was detaching, water pressure in the shower was trash…I just did not fully enjoy my stay.

Bad experience. Dirty, broken shower, no space for breakfast. I don’t suggest to go!!!

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Room was dirty, sink was stopped up with water and particulates floating in it. Police had to break somebody’s door down at 3am. Staff aren’t good either. Simply just a trashy hotel.

The only blight was the sewage/seepage overflow in the tub. The hotel reassigned me to a larger unit, which is above and beyond what I reserved.

During my stay, I noticed a few issues, but overall, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression. While the room seemed to be cleaned, I was surprised to find a few small insects. Additionally, the air from the air conditioner had a slightly stale smell, and the room felt a bit damp and humid. On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and I was pleased to find four fresh and clean towels provided. The hotel staff’s excellent service and attention to detail stood out, and I look forward to seeing further improvements in the overall comfort of the environment.
