Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia

It was very good. Since it was a relatively recently built accommodation in Philadelphia, the condition was good and the staff were friendly. I think I would stay here again next time!!

The front desk service was excellent 👍. For a Hyatt in the old town, this is pretty good.

The room was very satisfactory; it was spacious enough, and the surrounding area was convenient for walking around and dining.

The service was good, but it's located in downtown Philadelphia, so I try to avoid going out at night.

I was dissatisfied. The room was right next to the ice machine, which was extremely noisy and severely disrupted my sleep. They said it was the last room available and they couldn't change it. The smoke alarm in the room kept beeping all night; the maintenance personnel came twice but couldn't fix it, and finally, they had to forcibly remove it to stop the beeping.
