Convenient location and 15 mins walk to city hall. The staff is also very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Location was convenient and the room was big and clean.

The hotel room was very clean, modern, and quiet, and this also applies to the hotel itself. Everything in the room, including the TV, WiFi, and hot water worked well.

The service was good, but it's located in downtown Philadelphia, so I try to avoid going out at night.

I was dissatisfied. The room was right next to the ice machine, which was extremely noisy and severely disrupted my sleep. They said it was the last room available and they couldn't change it. The smoke alarm in the room kept beeping all night; the maintenance personnel came twice but couldn't fix it, and finally, they had to forcibly remove it to stop the beeping.

Clean and tidy, well-decorated, excellent location, international standards, guests don't need to worry about anything.
