The room is very well maintained. Everything is perfect except for the check in day that we have an issue as i never rcvd a prior email for pre arrival which makes it inconvenient esp if we do not have our roaming data we might be sleeping on the streets.

The sonder is extremely beautiful! It was in a great neighborhood! The only con is there’s no free parking

The room was wonderful and the building was renovated and incredibly clean. There were several cars broken into on the street next to the property, and the tow man said it was the 5th time it had happened in a month. It seems to be an area they are trying to revitalize, and some cute shops and cafes are around, but overall you can tell it is not the safest.

The apartment itself was nice. The lack of on-site customer service was negative. I had an issue that I tried to resolve via chat and by phone, but customer service was pretty useless and my issue was not resolved. I also found the front door propped open by a trash can one evening and questionable people entering the building, which was very troubling. The property would be great if there was some staff on site who can help whenever problems come up.

Great stay
The directions as far as the parking and check in/ check you have something to be desired. But the the place itself was wonderful, and more than made up for that. The customer service was also great!

Not great!
What I liked: ease of checking in and size of room.
What I didn’t like: everything else! Property does not have parking and it is very difficult to find parking. We ended up getting a ticket with street parking. It’s very noisy! Pillows are uncomfortable and the sofa bed is like sleeping with on the floor. To top it off, we left behind a make up bag (yes I understand that was our fault) and when we noticed it, I contacted the hotel to get it back and housekeeping said it wasn’t there. We know 100% it was left behind. Who would want used makeup, yuck! All in all, probably would never stay there again!

Fine place but setting up an account is cumbersome
The apartment was clean, freshly built or renovated, and well equipped. Self-checking in and out was smooth. However, the required setting up of an account on Sonder was cumbersome. confusing, and time consuming. The noise level in the unit was above average.
