My daughter and I enjoyed a seamless day of shopping—we started early, returned to the hotel for a restful lunch break, and headed back out in the afternoon without missing a beat. The proximity to everything made our experience both enjoyable and stress-free. The staff at Alicia’s Inn were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had two specific requests during our stay, and both were handled promptly and professionally. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our visit. The facilities were spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised to find our room ready ahead of the scheduled check-in time. Room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Inn was perfect location with a quick walk to the beach, shopping and access to transportation.

Very well appointed rooms, great location and unbeatable value for money. Barbara at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Toilet bowl water level too high, parts of me touched the water, not acceptable. That was a zero. Remainder is 3, dated but acceptable. Freezer needs defrosting rm 11, shower hose functions but looks terrible. People were great.

So very accommodating of everything we requested. Every thing was sparkly clean. Great location to shops and the beach. Would stay here again if coming to Phillipsberg.

Alicia's Inn went above and beyond for us. We had issues with our flights and they were able to move our reservation and just helped us so much. Barbara is a gem! Location is super close to the beach as well.
