Can walk to walking street. The hotel staff was very friendly

To much mosquito's in the room, bite me all night, and room smells dirt couldn't breathe properly

For my experience at stay in hotel this time filling very bad reception no AC too hot and look like the hotel not open.

Although the hotel is old but it provides everything you need. The staff is accommodating to give us an early breakfast at 6.30am. Cleanliness wise , need an improvement

Good, very convenient. Suitable for a one or two day tourist stay, close to the train station and bus station, and also close to the weekend street. There are food nearby, very convenient. The service is also good. Not too noisy, and the sleep is quite comfortable. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is clean and new. The service staff is good. The room has a TV, refrigerator, towels, and most importantly, we like it very much. We feel that the bed is very comfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is in the city center. Easy to find food and travel (near Yim Yim Market). This price includes breakfast, which is considered OK. But the most impressive thing The service of the front desk staff (P'Tai) is attentive to customers. Good service, both welcoming and breakfast. Very impressed. Come to Phitsanulok next time. Definitely have to come back to stay again.

The hotel is a bit old but very clean. I don't feel old. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry zones. There is a toothbrush provided and a hair dryer. The room is well soundproofed. Breakfast is a set, giving 2 sets per room until having to return 1 set. There are western style and porridge, coffee, orange juice, and bread to serve yourself. Good service, very smiling.

Big hotel, big rooms, reasonably clean, few plugs, breakfast provided. And there was an employee who looked at the parking lot and said something like that if we go out and come back, the parking lot might be full (just on December 31st). Like we would like to take a taxi but we didn't want it, they said that they had warned us. ..Personally, I don't like it at all.

The room smells musty. The bathroom smells. The air conditioner is very loud.

Hot air conditioning is available to change rooms to 3 rooms. If there is no cooling, it's better to go sleep somewhere else.
