Good location nearby everything , easy to travel. Friendly staff. Easy to check in

It's good for the price. Annoying that the shower has no curtain or glass to stop water from going everywhere. But for sub $25 a night, it ok place. Cleaning wasn't done, but in Cambodia some places want you to request it. Neighboring countries at same price point, they do automatically

We had a room without window which was perfect for us

Honestly, Residence 110 was a pretty disgusting place. The fact that some people reviewed this place as clean is ridiculous. You can usually tell if the place is clean just by how they keep their lobby area and their lobby wasn't clean. But let's get to the heart of the matter. I believe this place has an ant infestation (if not, roaches also, though I didn't see any on my one night stay). There were ants roaming around the kitchen counter and sink area as well as along the walls right from the time I checked in. I gave them a pass for that until they crawled onto me while I was sitting on the bed watching TV! Yes, they even got onto my mattress (which was the best part of the stay) and that's when I decided that I've had enough and that there was no way that I was going to stay two nights, not to mention that the shower area felt so dirty that I had to wear sandals while showering. The hotel declined my refund request but trip.com did, thankfully. I even spoke to the manager/owner regarding this and he even acknowledged it himself that if I changed rooms it wouldn't help much. They really ought to do some serious cleaning and pest control especially if they are going to call themselves a four star hotel. I didn't get a chance to use their gym or pool but from the photos it looked decent. Included are some photos of the shower area, hallway right outside my room, random stains, and various photos of ant infestation.

The place was located in the city center, it was quite nice. They have a rooftop bar with a nice view.

I changed my flight to the next day and emailed them to change it but No response at all.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Comes with a fully functional kitchen and living room space, with separate bed room. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Overall amazing for the price point. Location is near the night market, close to the bus stop for Siem reap bus and buses going to kampot. Convenient store close by.

Great location. Right in between the bus stop from the airport and night market. The rooftop has a great view of the city. Although the AC is not working in the room, I didn't even bother to call them since the weather is cool in Jan.

I like to stay at this hotel when traveling through. I book one night. Airport bus stop is close, iitis in a nice area. I like the swimmingpool and bar on the rooftop. It is clean. The kettle can actually be used because it is clean.
