This is like a condominium with permanent tenants and M9 have units in there that they rent out. M9 front desk is inside the M9 mart. Staff are nice and the room really has a great view of the Lake and Mekong River. Super close to the mekong cruise and Phnom Phen Night Market

The view from my room was stunning. You can see the Mekong river. Clean room and so big for a solo traveler like me.

Its a serviced apartment operated by the hotel operator. So the feeling like staying in an apartment. Room is quite cramped for the 2 single bed. But the view is super nice Tonle Sap River. The reception lobby is located inside the convenient store. The breakfast is preorder, no buffet. And no halal option but can customise the order. There is a halal restaurant at the called Claypot SG..recommended..
