They are so accommodating. When we experienced issues about the aircon in the budget room they didn't hesitate to transfer us to their expensive room. We are so thankful for them because they made our anniversary extra special. Thank you so much! Overall it was an excellent stay!

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall, it was just okay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the room definitely needs better cleaning. The toilet door doesn’t have a handle and can’t be shut, everything was old, the windows were dirty with some unwanted guests inside as demonstrated in the picture. For the conditions and overall experience, it felt overpriced as it’s needs a serious maintenance and cleaning.

The room was nice, however it was very small and cramped. Not the cleanest either, but good enough for a one night stay.

Disgusting! Dirty! Filthy! The pictures are outdated! There's no necessities! It's all a lie! The windows it's noisy, you won't be able to sleep because of the noise and light.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

It's pretty much the same as before. Rooms on higher floors and away from the street are a bit quieter, and there are no cockroaches. However, if you stay on a lower floor, there are a lot of cockroaches, and rooms facing the street are quite noisy. As for housekeeping, they won't clean unless you ask them to, and sometimes even when you ask, they still don't do it.
